What information do we collect?

This site is only accessible via invite. We must collect certain information to very your eligibility to access.

We collect information from you when you register on our site and gather data when you participate in the forum by reading, writing, and evaluating the content shared here.

When registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name and e-mail address. Your e-mail address will be verified by an email containing a unique link. If that link is visited, we know that you control the e-mail address.

When registered and posting, we record the IP address that the post originated from. We also may retain server logs which include the IP address of every request to our server.

Use of third-party login information — “Sign in with Google”

When you use “Sign in with Google”, we collect the following information from Google to facilitate your sign in and interaction with our site.

Your name
Your verified email address associated with your Google account
If provided, the profile image associated with your Google account

We store this information securely in our database. We do not store any password or other identifying login details.

We do not share any data related to your use of the site with Google, either at the time of login or afterwards. We do not request or use any user data from Google other than the above.

We will use your verified email address only to contact you and notify you of important information related to the site and your own interactions with it, or to follow up on further information you’ve provided or uploaded. We will not sign you up to our general mailing list without further direct consent.
